Stayed her for one night primarily because the boutique hotels and B&Bs in the old town were either booked up or only had expensive suits left, plus we visited Antwerp primarily to have a great meal and didn't want to spend too much on the hotel.

This hotel therefore fitted the bill more than adequately. With WiFi and a good buffet breakfast (although coffee could be much improved) included in the room rate and the convenience of hotel parking underneath the building (book in advance, access on the right side of the building, but be aware it's a bit expensive at €16 per day) it's great value!

The location is great if you visit Antwerp by train, but although the train station is a wonderful piece of architecture, as is typical the area around the station is a bit seedy and run down. There's a tram stop right outside the hotel with trams straight into the old town within 5 minutes which is great.

The hotel and rooms are feeling in need of a refurbishment and the heating in the room struggled with the -18 deg C temps when we were there, but the room was a good size and adequate.

Although the hotel has a spa and indoor pool, we unfortunately did not get time to try them out, or the restaurants inside the hotel although frankly with so many excellent restaurants in Antwerp I think only the business traveller should bother with these!

Nice hotel conveniently located for the train station. The room was clean and tidy, and had a comfortable bed. There was a good selection of hot and cold food for breakfast,.

Amazing location looking at Central Statuon Antwerp. OK rooms for the money. Too small breakfast room for the number of rooms, so you will have to wait for a table. House keeping of rooms is poor - 2pm one day, had to call to get room turned over, tea tray not filled up.
Free WiFi but a can't always cope at peak times. Pool and health club a bit shabby round the edges. Nice reception area. All in all - if you are after location it's great. But let down by a few small things and at 149 Euros a night for a double room including breakfast not the best value for money considering details & service. Location is not everything.
