I stayed here for one night on business. I travel to Antwerp regularly and haven't found a reasonably priced hotel that I really like (yet), so thought I'd try the Park Inn. It is obviously very centrally located, being right by the Central station. The reception is small but effecient and check-in was prompt. The rooms as described by other reviewers are on the small side, but clean and comfortable, though it did have my pet hate, which is a TV fixed to the wall by the side of the bed. It had a good selection of channels, but I was only there for one night, so not an issue.
As you would expect from a boutique hotel there is no restaurant or bar, though there is a vending machine with snacks and drinks in reception. My colleague and I walked 100m or so to 'China Town' for a perfectly reasonable and inexpensive meal.
Breakfast is served in a small area off reception, but had an adequate buffet choice, though if it were busy, there might be shortage of tables, so my advice would be to get down early.
As I said earlier, it's perfectly OK for a night or two, if you are not planning to spend too much time in your room
