Have stayed at this Hotel before and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. Food is very good and the service is quite quick too. It is near to the Metropolis where our event was being held, so conveniently located for me

Our visit to the hotel was very nice with helpfull service, quite area with good local information given by staff as to where to visit and park within antwerp and local attractions. Breakfast was also good with a good choice of things to choose from.

Stayed here several days last week because of work in the area. Free and big parking. Service at reception good. Rooms are the usual Novotel ones, but with coffee maker, which I think is a big plus on mainland Europe.

The restaurant menu doesn't give a big choice (where's the Club Sandwich???) and the prices are rather high, compared to i.e. France. We were with a group, the rest of the restaurant was quiet, but still our group (about 15 people) caused a lot of stress to one of the serving girls. (Her colleagues were great on the other hand) She was unfriendly from the beginning and everything we asked for was too much for her. (Name known to me) Several people ordered a medium steak but all of them were dry dry. No chance to complain because it was really hard to tackle someone. Ordered wine on main dish delivery and this took them about ten minutes to bring it to the table.

Not recommended when you want to visit Antwerp without having a car. It's located in a very boring industrial area.

Typical business hotel located in the harbour area. Average breakfast, nice rooms.
