Could not believe my eyes, I book the traditional room only to found out that the room wasn't renovated since 1991! Breakfast apparently not included and fully booked! How is that possible that a guest can not have a breakfast? Without prior information!
Meaning: crappy room, old TV, smelly bed and outdated bathroom. Not to mention, I only get the view to the bike stall!
Checked in on the room 110 at the new year's eve, and checked out in less than an hour. I'd rather stay on the street than in that room. The manager could get a better solution as I would expect. He can probably arranged an additional book for my breakfast at €57 p.p. on top of the money I paid for the room! Incredibly annoying!
I asked for a statement that I have checked out and only given a small piece of paper from the credit card machine that my pay,ent was cancelled. No official statement nor a good gesture that they feel sorry to the mislead information. Nor helping me with the check out. Please note again: in the new year's eve!
Obviously not to recommend anybody to stay overnight in this hotel!
As a frequent customer for the restaurant and the bar, I expect the room will match the quality and the expectation as you see this grand hotel.
