When I book my visit to the Hague that's the first hotel that comes to my mind.
Perfect location - opposite de Binnehof, close to the supermarkets and close to the picturesque streets of accommodation quarters, a walking distance from the railway (den Haag Central).
Rooms - all that you need, and no more (although I found it a bit cold in the room last trip).
Good service. Good restaurants in the area. Good breakfast.
In a word, all that you need on a business trip to the Hague.

The revamp has made this a much nicer looking hotel both the rooms and the reception area - the bar area is great. Taxi rank outside door which is useful. Breakfasts very good.

btw just for you tripadvsier - I think it is stupid to expect that the review must be 200 charachters long if one can say it all in less- suggest you chnage that as I can see no sensible reason for that policy! Hence this womble at the end

Ideal central location to walk the city. Staff unaware of the Frequent guest program worldwide for A-Club, so received no benefits.
Breakfast staff were adamant only one full buffet breakfast option available, when there were 3 options and prices. Hot food appeared standing there a long time, bacon very cheap 80% fat on partially cooked.meat.
Had to move rooms as awful room at back over buildings and dirty roof tops.
Wi fi signal too poor to use, cable for Lan had to be replaced as was broken.
Overall poor service, staff need better training. I would Not stay there again, even as i stay 60+ nights in Accor group hotels a year!

Everytime I visit the Hague for business I stay at this hotel because I love the location! It is right in the center of the city, near all the shops, restaurants, cinema, trams, etc. The hotel is your standard Novotel with coffee making facilities, free WIFI and friendly service. My colleague's laptop was stolen at the airport before she arrived, and the staff at the Novotel loaned her one free of charge. I thought that was very kind of them. We will definitely return.
