At the very heart of the Hague.Excellent services.The staff genuinely polite and ready to answer to every question.The bar really classy in front of the piazza.The breakfast worth every penny you paid for.The room spacious and clean.We arrived earlier than arranged and let us have tthe room nontheless.

The location of the hotel is the best point. It is opposite to the Binnenhof in the city center in a quiet area.

The hotel is renovated this year and everything is brand new.
The room and the bed is very comfortable. Also the shower is very elegant.

The breakfast was simple perfect and it's not self-served.

The Internet connection is free and works great.

I highly recommend this hotel. Everything was over expectations and the negative feedbacks are over here are not true. I have some experience with hotels and I know what I say.

To use your car is a big nightmare (parking) and getting in and out! Service is good. Nice eating experience! Averege room.... Not all rooms can be reached by elevator

I was very pleased with the location as I visited Den Haag for the first time. The hotel is in a very pleasant plaza, but there was a fenced off construction site outside the door as I walked up. This set the tone for my night at the hotel.
The location is ideal for exploring the area. The staff at the desk were great; helpful and spoke English well even late at night. The room was nice as well, clean, fairly large, with a view out over the square. The property in general was undergoing renovations with much of the wallpaper on the entry level was down and the fireplace opened up. I like old mechanical things, so got a kick out of the old wooden elevator and all it's visible parts shoved into the middle of a stairway, but someone into 'modern' might be a bit appalled.
This place might be an awesome stay in a few months (years?), and it is fine for someone who doesn't mind a few of the blemishes on life.
