was on biz trip. This hotel was very nice & clean. However poor light in the room which was a problem for working as well as wifi that was only free 30 minutes downstairs in the lounge (but seems it's common in NL to pay for Internet)
Bed very comfortable beds. Big bathroom (again poor light). Strange thing that the lights were all fixed on the table. So wants to be classy but is not completely..
Breakfast on top floor with circular view on the roofs of Amsterdam was very nice. For the first time ever had very good croissants!
so, quite ok.

I was disappointed with this hotel - it's the worst NH i've ever stayed in and very average in many respects.

breakfast was dreadful - hot food was almost cold and tasteless - the used the cheapest ingredients
beds small and cheap, not very stable and noisy
bathroom products - i used up 90% of the provided shower gel on day 1 and they did not leave another one -very stingy!
shower was very variable in temperature - went from hot to medium every 30 seconds!

i would try and stay in a better hotel if you can find one as cheap - this is deffo not 4 star property

Stayed at NH Atlanta Rotterdam during a business trip in September 2011. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is served high up in the building and you have a really nice view.

This is the second time I have been at this hotel, last time was 3 years ago and I had booked 20 rooms for a group who went to the carnival.
This time I booked 7 rooms.

Got to the hotel at 11am on Friday 29th July 2011. Went to book in and was told no rooms are ready until 2pm which is the right time for booking in, asked if we could leave our luggage as we would like to go out and get some lunch.
By this time the other receptionist was looking for our booking and could not find.

I gave her a room list to see if it was booked under another name which it was.
Returned back from lunch at 1pm and was hand over the keys to the 7 rooms, we was all pleased as we needed a rest.

I went and check out all the room and they were all lovely we had 4 rooms on the 3rd floor and 3 rooms on the first floor. We had rooms 320 322 323 341.
Everybody was happy with their rooms.

The hotel was the central of all the shops and restaurant, that's what I love about this hotel.

Breakfast was a bit disappointed on the first day, as i remember that when I came 3 years ago it was a bigger spread with pancakes and also sausages. but the next day was a bit better.
On the Monday the time for breakfast changes and also the room. And this should be advertise within the hotel so the guest could see, as a lot of people missed breakfast.

Have to say a big thank you to the receptionist Ms Taylor and the other receptionist who helped you on the 29th.
A big thank you to the bar staff, excellent and also the manager on duty always a hello with a big smile on his face.

I will be returning next year for the carnival with a bigger group. As this is one of my best hotel and I have been going to Rotterdam for 9 years.
