The NH Atlanta is a great hotel at a great price. It is centrally located in the heart of Rotterdam. Central station is a quick 10 minute walk that will provide you access to all of Europe. The NH Atlanta is a very historic hotel filled with old world charm and modern enmities. The Reception staff are tremendously helpful. When you go, it is best to ask by name for someone to help you. You can ask for Max, Vera, or Robin, they are versed in many languages and customs for foreign guests. Lisette is the Assistant Manager for the Reception. She is fabulous. She will help you with your needs whether you are staying for a night, the weekend, or long term. They have late checkout on the weekends. The bar has fabulous charm, and great food. Dugi, the bartender will provide you with excellent hospitality whether your looking for a cold Heineken, Cappuccino, or magnificent diner. You can say what you want about the price, but it is worth it. The best value for your money is to stay, eat and drink at the NH Atlanta. The new management is very ingenious with new ideas and is all about ensuring that every guest is treated exceptionally. They have updated many areas of the hotel to ensure modernization while still keeping the charm and charisma of yesteryear. The entire staff is committed to make certain your stay is pleasant, whether you are on holiday, stopping through, relocating to Rotterdam or Holland in general. It was a great pleasure to make my stay at this hotel. When you arrive, make sure you sign up for the NH Hotel rewards card. A percentage of your paid bill will be credited on the card for future use at any NH Hotel. The rooms vary from the size you need. I stayed in the apartment rooms. The fact is, my hotel room was bigger than most people's apartment in Holland. I had a bedroom, living room, dining area, kitchen (with kitchen supplies) and very large bathroom. The rooms are so clean, that if I had left dishes in the sink, I returned seeing them washed. I noticed during my stay, many guest being rude and arrogant. Just because you are paying for a room at a hotel doesn't give anyone the right to speak to people rudely. As with any reservations there will be hiccups involved. There is nothing that the staff at the NH Atlanta can't handle. They will do everything short of tucking you into bed at night to ensure your stay is quality, memorable, and pleasant. It is an excellent hotel for conferences and large groups. If you have not stayed at the NH Atlanta, then you are missing out on a memorable experience. Why stay Amsterdam where the prices are outrageous when you can stay a short distance away by train in Rotterdam at the NH Atlanta.
