The entrance is un-manned ( there is a person who gives you an odd look when you walk I, but no greeting, no welcome no hello) the girls at the front desk are quite polite.

Nice people, but I am not convinced they know what they are doing! All a bit haphazard.
My suggestion: find a nice, small hotel that will give you a warm welcome and good service. Until they figure out what they are don't waste your money!
