We stayed in this hotel for the second time, and were as happy as a year earlier, and had the pleasant experience of being allocated one of the larger rooms (no. 14) on the top floor.
The loving way in which this former customs office has been turned into an environmentally friendly hotel (with high Green Key scores) is heart-warming. And so is the attention of staff. The breakfast, too, reveals the great quality of Pincoffs: attention to details. The lounge is a pleasant place to have a nightcap.
While a little out of the city centre (across the Erasmus bridge), it only takes a 10-15 minute tramride (or a metro) and a few minutes walking to get from Central Station to the hotel. A water taxi can be caught close by, too, and the Foto museum and Lantaren cinema are within walking distance.
One of our favourite hotels in The Netherlands!
