I had been to the Netherlands before, but never to Delft. The Bridges House was the perfect place to stay, as it was a short walk from the town square and main attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful and lovingly restored. The bedrooms keep much of the old character of the building, yet the bathrooms are modern and luxurious! We loved having breakfast in the dining room each morning. (Our host made fantastic cappuccino!) I will definitely stay there again.

A very comfortable small hotel in the downtown of Delft and very close to the railway station. I was staying at this hotel many times for business since 2003 and I always appreciated the rooms (facing the canal) and the service. The rooms are spacious and you can enjoy breakfast in a british style dining room. The owner is very kind and you can enjoy also the happiness of his dog.

Had a lovely trip to Delft, and arrived without a hotel booking. Made one and have been pleasantly surprised. It is a nice wee place, with plenty of small touches that make it seem far better than the price.

The only let down was the noise of the students outside. We suspect it was freshers' week, and it's not exactly something you can blame the staff for.

We brought our 12 year old granddaughter to Delft to introduce her to Europe. The Bridges House was the perfect launch. It is prototypically European in ambience, attitude, service, charm and accommodation, but at a superb level. She fell in love with the place, the people, our fellow guests and Delft. Our goal was reached. This is a hotel that will genuinely appeal to the experienced traveler more so than the casual tourist. Our granddaughter joined the ranks!
