This is a small independent hotel very close to the university (TU Delft). Other hotels cluster in the historic center (10-15 minute walk). Residential neighborhood, quite pleasant to walk around. Hotel includes free continental breakfast, which was quite good. Wireless internet was free but had to be requested in 2-hour increments (the hotel is paying an external vendor). TV with 25 channels.

The negative aspects were that the rooms were rather small and very loud. You can hear people in the hallway and your neighbor clearing his throat in his room, so it was difficult to sleep soundly. For its proximity to TU Delft, I would recommend it, but not otherwise unless the price was better than other options.

Even if Delft is an expensive place, for 94€ a night, I would expect at least a fridge in the room; plastic cups are also inexcusable; you can hear your neighbours as if they were in your own room; staff is ok but reception is closed after 23h. some of the rooms are really too small. breakfast is ok, a nice breakfast room. internet has to be renewed every 2 hours (impossible after 23h). overall: not up to 21st century standards.

This quaint little hotel is perfect for a romantic getaway. Breakfast is included with the room and is elegantly presented each morning, with a large variety of foods. A breakfast picnic was prepared for us because of fan early departure time.
The back garden is beautifully manicured, lush and green, huge trees, many flowers, birds and even a little "frog prince" joined us one day. It was like our own enchanted garden.
Dark woods abound, a spatter of antiques and fine artwork give a warm feeling of elegance. The carpeting throughout the common areas was a very deep red with little silver hearts happily sprinked across it, which lead up a small winding staircase to our room.
The room was plush and very romantic, it had a small kitchen area with a table and chairs for four. An inviting seating area held a small overstuffed sofa, two side chairs, a coffee table and tv. A warm fire place also increased the ambiance.
The staff was very attentive and would help us with whatever was needed. Friendy and interested in the events of our travels, which allowed us to deeply engrave the memories in our hearts as we would share our day with them.
I would highly recommend the Hotel Juliana to anyone traveling to Delft.

The hotel Julianna is located really close to the university, but I think I would prefer to stay in the centre of Delft but then you have to contend with the bells ringing every 15 mins. Very standard continental breakfast which was nice, yes the rooms are small but that seems to be quite normal for Europe. All clean and well maintained. And it was quiet.
I found the staff helpful and friendly.
