Stayed here with 10 others on a scooer trip, Hotel booking was good (reduced rates) welcoming was fantastic and generally a good experience, Rooms very good for the price, however dirty shower rooms and the lack of sleep because of poor security stopping noise from the departing guests on a private party did make us feel a little disappointed. Would come again but will check before booking if there is likely to be a noisy function booked.

Stayed in hotel Eurasia for a day. They charged 1500 bucks for a room which is as large as a store room. Furniture was very poor. Lighting of the room was highly improper. The toilet was so small that you would think twice taking bath in it. Geezer didn't work. Value for money ?? When I checked out, I asked them to arrange a conveyance for airport drop. They straight away said no. The room service was awful. You will be shocked to see the money they are charging for that bloody room. I just had to stay for a night and had no option since I had already paid for the room rent through Clear Trip, so I stayed. Please fellas, don't book this hotel for staying. Clear Trip remove this hotel from your list of hotels and refund my money

My Friend and I stayed on a bus trip to see the Bulbfields, from Glasgow. The hotel was nice and clean,the bedroom was acceptable. Before we left the UK, we read the reviews and asked for a kettle at reception, this was no problem,given to us for the two night`s stay. We brought our own tea/coffee, didn`t eat the biscuits, so we only used the kettle for 4 cups of tea/coffee.

When we left to come home, we were rudely asked for 4euros for the loan of the tray, we explained that we were not told about this charge, when the tray was handed over. The cleaner then said yes, she had told us and we didn`t have any change to pay her, first we ever heard about it. The manageress stepped in, and argued her point that we had kept the tray away from other people. It was never the money side of it, but it would have been nice to be informed when we received it.

There was also a lot of smoke in the bar, and you had to walk through the bar to get to the Dining room. There was also people eating in there,which is against the Law in Belgium.

The waiting staff were all very nice, but the Manageress had alot to be desired. The bedrooms were not touched after the first day. Still full bins. Very disapointed. Would not return there. It is also looking onto a housing estate, nothing much to do there. No entertainment.

We stayed here at the end of Sept on a coach tour. It was very convenient for Antwerp, Ghent and Bruges. The hotel was in the suburbs, so instead of being able to wander into town, we were able to take a few quiet walks along the 'river' nearby.

The hotel was fairly quiet ( I understand that only the first 2 floors comprise the hotel, the remainder being longer term lets). The rooms were a reasonable size and warm - a welcome refuge from the lousy weather. Neither coffee making facilities nor hairdryers were in the rooms, but could be obtained from reception.

We were on half board, and the food was superb. The staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough for us. Nice ambience in the bar and restaurant area, and a 'games area' was available.

Certainly a convenient, welcoming, and comfortable place to stay.
