Well situated on the river, across from the train station and around the corner from the main square. Rooms are good, staff is very helpful and speak English. There is use of an Internet Computer. Breakfast is very good and there is a small but well positioned Bar. A parrot greets you as you go through the lobby. Any of the rooms are good as there does not seem to be any street noise at night. We spent two nights in May and would go back. There is a restaurant that should not be missed. It is Pepper & Zout, off one of the side streets from the big main square. Phone #(0118)627058. It is fabulous, local food, friendly, fun, not that expensive, but a must stop for dinner.

This hotel is really near to the train station, literally a walking distance! All restaurants and shops are nearby. Clean and comfortable room. Free wifi internet. Quiet and peaceful at night, supermarkets and cafes are nearby as well! Good service and the breakfast provided are good.

My wife & I stayed here for one night in March 2011, paying €89 for B&B. Street parking (€1.70ph during the day) was available outside. The hotel is close to the attractive town centre.
All the staff were friendly and very helpful.
Our room (with a small balcony) faced on to the river, very interesting. The room had clearly been recently renovated and was very smart. Toilet separate from the bathroom which is always useful when there are two of you.
Breakfast was the usual Dutch fare which is not a complaint! The girl noticed that I'd finished off the scrambled eggs and immediately asked if I'd like more.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Quite a simple, straight forward hotel. Just fine for business or a place to sleep if in this area of the Netherlands. What made the real difference is that every member of staff that I spoke to or dealt with were so warm, friendly and helpful.

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant (apart from breakfast) but will order in food for guests or direct you to a near by restaurant. The hotel does have a friendly and comfortable bar.

Would benefit from tea and coffee making facilities in the bedrooms.
