I stayed only one night in this hotel, but it was quite okay. The location is very good, being close to the station (no train heard, whatsoever) it is really easy to get there quickly.
The beds were comfortable enough, the only pity was the noise coming from the bathroom (a fan) which was not possible to shut down.
If I will ever need to go to a Hotel in Utrecht, I will consider about going here again.

Stayed at this hotel in December 2011. We got upgraded to the suites which was a nice touch. Overall the hotel is ok, not luxury. Breakfast is good, bar staff a bit slow, whereas front office staff were helpful and polite. There are better hotels out there but definitely much worse ones too!

The 7th stay and I am loving every bit of it. Its so convenient ! Bang next to the train station, hotels, shopping malls, quick eats,....Rooms are so comfy and big that it makes you wonder if such luxury is required !

The only plus point for this hotel is that it is in city centre and close to the railway station. The hotel is very old and rooms are showing the signs of ages.
Check in: As i reached at around 11:30 am, I had to wait for 3 hours before i got the room.
Room: I guess all the rooms in this hotel are very old and same is true with its furnishing. Bathrooms were small, but clean. Internet was complimentary due to my company tie up with hotel, otherwise it is quite expensive.
Breakfast: It could have been better for sure. Nothing great to mention about it. Food quality was good
Overall: Stay here if you need to be in city center. Overall strictly for business travelers.

Everything went wrong on my stay here. I booked the NH Central hotel, and they called me on the night before I arrived to say that the hotel was overbooked and would I mind transferring to the other NH hotel in the city. That was fine. Until I got to the hotel and they had no record of my new reservation. Eventually, once that was sorted (it had been a long day already!), I called for room service. 45minutes later, nothing. So I called the restaurant only to be told that the kitchen was closed... eventually (and luckily as I remembered the guy's name who took my order) I got my order.. 1hr 20mins after I had first called. The TV didn't work while I was there, and the cost for internet access is exorbitant. When I emailed the NH hotels to complain... I got a bland canned response answer that promised to "pass my comments to managament.." Not good enough for a business hotel.
