Modern, clean room. Breakfast included which was the standard continental buffet style.  Bread, cheese, ham, cereal etc.  Front desk very helpful, including directions and when requesting extra pillows for our room. Hotel is a 5min tram ride out of town (or a 20min walk). We stayed here 2 nights and used it as a base for driving out and exploring Den Haag, Gouda, Delft, Kinderdijk windmills.  Worked well and had plenty of free parking in their car park.  They even allowed us to leave the car with them an extra night whilst we went into Amsterdam to stay over for New Year's Eve (parking in Amsterdam is expensive!). Would recommend staying in Utrecht if exploring northern Holland as we found hotels a lot cheaper and just as good! Only 20mins walk/5min tram to central station for fast intercity connections too (27mins to Amsterdam). 

The location is good for us having the family close by. Breakfast is of good quality except there were no oranges. Rooms are clean but small so you have to organize your things very well. The extra set of towels were missing all five days.

Quite a long walk from the train station. The option is to take a tram, but its not very cheap - 3 EUR for 4 stations.
Trip to Amsterdam takes 25 min, but I will never trust Holland rail anymore, after closing the station for than 5 hours at NY!
Overall its just another Ibis, clean, small, reliable, nothing else to say.

This a great hotel, regarding the service, rooms and breakfast you get for the right price.
