This is a typical Dutch low quality hotel which looks good from pictures but then you get a big surprise once you actually spend some time there.
We spent some days there, with a 2 years old daughter. First they gave us a room with two tiny windows (similar to the boat cabin's windows but with no sea...): so no light, no air. Then they gave us another room with a window that could be opened just a little bit. It was very hot those days and one morning a genius decided to lift up the outside curtains, so the room was exposed to sun all day. Once we came back, we asked to put the curtains down but nobody was able to do it. After two hours (and many other complaints) finally they managed to put the curtains down but in the room it was already 30-35 degrees. The result was that we did not sleep all night because of heat. The day after we got our third room but we had to convince the personnel before getting it ("we have only executive rooms" was one argument: and we had booked an executive room.....).
Breakfast is poor in quantity and quality (Dutch standards...). Furthermore the tables are always dirty and full of dishes, spoons, forks, glasses, used by previous guests, simply because they do not have enough personnel to clean the tables. They do not have chairs for children.
The only 2 good points are the location, in a beautiful park, and the free internet.

Dear Mr./Mrs,
It is very unfortunate to hear that you were not satisfied witth your stay at our hotel. I regret that your complaints were not handled sufficiently. We do our utmost to give our guests an enjoyable stay. It is a shame that I did not have the chance to speak to you personally to solve these problems at the time.
Usually, we do get a lot of compliments about our extensive breakfast buffet, the rooms and the service given. Therefore we really regret your review and we hope to be able to proof that we are a full service hotel in the near future.
