My wife and I stayed here for two nights. Once we checked in the the front desk person gave us the key and told us they served breakfast in the morning and gave us the key. He did not offer to tell us where to go to find the elevators so we just wandered down the hall until we found them. He did not even say your room is on the second floor just handed us the key and that was it. But the gesture would have been nice. We then went to the room which had old orange carpet which had been there for a while. The beds had a sheet over the mattress and then a comforter and not other bed sheet. I hate using the comforter in hotels because I am not a believer that they wash the comforters after every visit However we tolerated it. We had showers and prepared for dinner with the TV on. All of the sudden the TV shut off and would not work again. So on our way out for dinner we told the front desk the TV broke and they responded saying they were full tonight so they couldn't move us and couldn't provide a different TV until the moning when the maintance staff came in. Which we agreed was fine. However we never followed up with it and they never replaced the TV, didn't call to replace the TV, didn't discount the invoice. On top of that they tried to charge us and extra $40 Euro's for breakfast which we did not eat. Also the rooms does not have air conditioning just a very large window without a screen. I probably wouldn't stay here again. The hotel looks great from the outside and from the lobby however the experience decreases as you move towards your room. The rooms were clean.
