Booked this hotel for one night as it looked near to FC Twente and Drienerlo station. It was actually quite a trek from the station to the hotel as there are no pavements for part of the route and its quite dark and hard to see where to go. Its located in the University Campus but the whole place seemed deserted. There were no bars or anything within sight. The hotel is on a map at the entrance to the campus, but after that there is no signs so it would be easy to get lost.
In retrospect, it would have been much better to book a hotel in Enschede centre and travel to watch the match.
However if you don't mind its location it is very clean and pleasant hotel with all the amenities you would expect and very helpful staff. Didn't try the breakfast, which wasn't included in the price.
