We stayed at this Hotel for car races at the Circuit of Zandvoort.
The circuit is just opposite of the Hotel.
At racingweekends you can hear the cars, but racing is during daylight hours only.

Hotel rooms are comfortable; parking your car on the Hotel parking will cost you
an € 12,50 per day extra (not free).

The rooms are OK if stupidly overpriced in August and as far as I can see the only difference between the ordinary rooms and the "executive" rooms is that the executive rooms have aircon, which is essential given the hotel is glass sided and hot as hell in the summer months, with windows that are too small to let any air in.

Far more disturbing is that fact that the pre-authorisation on my debit card taken when we arrived on August 12th has still not been released back to me and my bank thus say the money is unavailable to me at present, 11 days later and 9 days after the bill payment cleared the bank. The hotel inform me they usually take THREE weeks to release the funds and seem to consider this to be completely acceptable. I do not.

Stayed here due to proximity to circuit but it's a long walk from town. Rooms are basic but reasonably comfortable. Check in was hugely disorganised with queues of people. Tried to eat at restaurant but after waiting 20 mins for a table and another 20 for our order to be taken we walked out in disgust and went into town instead. Breakfast was decent barring the fact that the crockery was pretty dirty - note to management - sort out your dishwashers!! Passable, but only just!

A nice hotel with a location opposite the beach (a road run in front of the hotel).
Main areas are modern and ok but the rooms are tired. I would say not refurbished for 5 years or so.
Biggest annoyance is the wifi - they charge PER DEVICE. So it's €8.95 for your phone for 24hours and the €10.95 for your laptop for 24hours.
The beach is very nice though with lots of places to eat and drink.
Parking is €12.50 a day.
