We stayed here one night due itt being close to the train station and near the person we were visiting. The location was good - near many restaurants, ice cream store and grocery store. Great for an overnight visit. But wouldn't be my choice for a longer stay. Room was a functional, but a bit dingy and tired looking - did not have any character to it. But the bed was OK and so was the bathroom. The lobby had a sort of "empty" feel - hard to describe - but not really welcoming. But the desk person was very nice and check-in was easy. We did not do the breakfast due to cost - plenty of eating places around town. Just overall not a very "sunny" place - but is definitely functional for a night's stay. The price was much lower than other places in town - very reasonable.

We stayed in this hotel because of a family visit. It was a basic hotel, nothing fancy, but also nothing wrong. Coffee and tea facilities in the room were nice. Very good Chinese restaurant just across the street. Breakfast is good as well: bread, rolls, yoghurt and cereals and some fruit. Perfect if you are looking for a place to stay that is not too expensive and if you only use it to spend the night.

Spend here 4 nights during business trip, and I've definitely slept in cheaper and better 2* and 3* hotels. Room is big, but there is no heating in bathroom. Furniture is a bit worn out. Whole place seems like it needs a reconstruction.

No internet connection - unless you want to spend 15eur/24hours, which is way too much.

A boiler with tea and coffee selection was available in the room, which is perfect because of the heating issue.

Breakfast was OK, but only if included in room rate - definitely not worth 14.95.

The best thing about this hotel is the location - less than 10min walk to trainstation, supermarket and shops nearby and offices in walking distance

Stayed for one night in this hotel during an international Sales and Marketing meeting.
The room had a good bed, TV with some channels, didn't test the internet but the room wasn't clean. The carpet was stained, the shower could have been cleaned better and the hallways were filthy too. Not acceptable at all for a four star hotel.
When we returned at night the late shift receptionist started bugging our colleagues with administration forms (at 12am) while they had checked-in at 4pm. When we asked for our keys in DUTCH (as it is my mother tongue), he said the keys weren't there. I asked again, he responded in English but to no avail. We took our keys from the hangers ourselves as this person was clearly inept.
The breakfast was okay for an Novotel 3 star, but not for a four star hotel. I haved stayed in nicer places with better atmosphere and better food.
The bar people are friendly and helpful, and make sure you have a good time.
