My stay there provided moral damage and financial loses. The bed was used before us and linens were not changed – there were wrinkles and hairs (see the photos), there was no soap in the bathroom but only the rest of shampoo in 1L plastic bottles, no bulb in lamps, just one. The reception does not work in the hotel in evening when we checked-in about 19.00-20.00, so the man who met us just gave us a key and informed that if we pay with credit card it will be 5 % more (it is not a city tax, it is an info they do not announce at the website!!!! but other hotels more decent) and he left. So when we sow all things I have described above there was no one in the hotel to solve the problems. We called to Booking.com and they asked the manager/owner Mr.Daniel to assist us. Nobody came even when we called to Mr.Daniel one more time. After that folowing to the reccommendation of Booking.com we have changed the hotel. But next day I got many phone calls from Mr. Daniel and he tried to force me to pay, scaring me. All these international phone calls in rouming during two days cost a lot of money and my mobile phone was disconnected after wile. Later Mr.Daniel found a new hotel where I stayed, came there and knocked our room door, he was very emotional, yellowing that he wanted the money and scaring me. And later he organized a scandal at the lobby. That was a shame for all guests around. Finally the police came and only the police solved the situation and took him out!!!! ! May you guess how nice holiday in Amsterdam I have had thanks to Mr.Daniel????

This hotel is really lovely, spotlessly clean and great rooms.
Afterr all the care taken on the surroundings the owner puts a teenager in charge for just 3 hours a day then leaves you to it.
Two nights with no heating in minus temperatures and no one to deal with it till the one member of staff shows up to do breakfast.
Micheala is a pure delight and does her utmost to deal with the problems but with the owner refusing to even come and open the kitchen to get access to hot drinks, people were walking out to find another hotel. It was freezing cold and miserable.
Come on Daniel you own the hotel pay an adult member of staff to be there for a reasonable amount of time a day and take decent care of your paying customers... a kettle in each room wouldn't break the bank and may have made a great deal of difference Friday and Saturday night when your guests were sitting with thier coats on in the rooms.
Overall a lovely hotel spoiled by a uncaring owner. Micheala lays on a super breakfast!!
Only go here if you not bothered about the personal touch and are prepared to accept your on your own if there's a problem.

After reading good reviews about Rooms & Co B&B i decided that i would choose it for my stag weekend, my fiance phoned them to check that they were ok booking a stag weekend for six which they said was no problem. We asked for three double rooms with single beds which again they said was no problem. Upon arrival we were taken to three double rooms all containing double beds that couldn't be seperated, after much discussion and the offer of one z bed, two of the group decided to try and find a more suitable hotel which left the four of us having to share two double beds. Half an hour later the manager said that he could move someone out of their room which had two single beds but it was too little too late as the ones that had gone in search of better accommodation had been successful. Just when i thought it couldn't get much worse the owner wanted to talk to me on the phone, he denied that we had ever requested single beds, suggested that we might be gay ( even though he knew it was a stag weekend), informed me that if all three rooms were not paid immediately by credit card then we would all be out on the street and if i tried to cancel the payment he would call the police. As for the room itself, television did not work, extractor fan in bathroom didn't work, had to ask for soap and there was a large hole in the window pane that was repaired with cardboard and tape. All in all i deeply regret choosing Rooms & CO B&B and would advise anyone against giving credit card details to them.

Rooms & Co B&B was a cosy place to stay. The general feeling of the place was comfortable and we felt us very welcome. It was like staying at some of my friend's home.

I can recommend this place for anyone looking for a simple and nice place to stay. Nothing extra but definitely had all we needed.

The only negative thing was that the room could only be paid by cash. Booking.com told that credit cards are accepted so this caused a bit confusion but luckily we had just enough cash to pay the room. Well, the rest of the day we didn't have... However, the trip was excellent!
