We stayed there in late april, for Queen's day.
It's very close to 2 tram stops, and there's a Lidl supermarket just across the street. The busy centre is a mere 5 tram stops away.
The staff was very helpful and hospitable (specially Fabio, who we saw more). Breakfast was complete and homy, in a cosy kitchen/bar on the ground-floor. The coffee was excelent - great idea to invest in a Nespresso machine!
Our room had a balcony, where we were allowed to smoke. Just a pity that there wasn't an ashtray...
The room was spatious enough and the bathroom was fine. We just wanted to point out the cleaning was done only once in the 4 days we stayed.
In general, we can surely say the quality-price ratio is good. Would stay there again.

Grubby blankets, not very clean shower cubicle, thin, ragged, torn towels ... and this was a deluxe room!

I will never book this B&B again and I'm not recommending it either to anyone. If you want to ruin your holiday in Amsterdam stay at this B&B!

I really dont know where to start with this B&B. I arrived and was informed that the room I had booked was unavailable due to flooding, I appreciate this cannot be helped so accepted the offer of another room, which was in a separate hotel across the canal.
The room I was offered was more like someone's apartment with food still in the cupboards. Then whilst I was observing Amsterdam someone entered my room whilst I was not present to change the lock, then proceeded to leave the door unlocked, with the new key in the keyhole. Additionally, I am abhorred by the fact the fire alarm went off and no one on the premises had any idea about fire escapes, nor was there any fire escape signs, the alarm continued for 20minutes and just to tip the top whilst I am lying in bed on the last day of my trip, the repairman just walks into my room asking for some silicone to fix jobs in another area of the premises. I am absolutely disgusted with the service and cannot believe the audacity of the people who run this so called business.
Under no circumstance would I recommend this B&B to anybody.
