We booked this hotel as part of a deal because we thought the centre of town would be too noisy for us. What a great choice!
The Tulip Inn is probably a couple of bus stops too far out of town but it is definately worth it, The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. We had a great twin deluxe room, very comfortable and clean. It was a bit expensive for dinner and drinks but again, not disappointed. There is a public outdoor pool next door which you are able to use f.o.c if you're a guest.
Travel to the centre of town can get expensive but you can buy a strip of tickets that the bus driver stamps depending on how many zones you travel through. Our advice is to walk to the next stop down from the hotel, which saves you a zone.
Overall thoughts are good, would stay there again.

The hotel was very nice and clean, as was the room. Bed too soft. Staff ver, very pleasant. No place to eat nearby, except at hotel and it was very expensive. Need a bus to get to Centraal Station.

wery dirty rooms,courtains havent been washed for ages they have yellow almost brown color,carpet is full of stains,big hols in a sofa bed. hotel reminds me of movie ,,1984'' (Gorge Orwell ).there is nice pub downstairs.just dont waste your time...

Lovely hotel to stay in with very friendly, helpful staff. Spacious, clean rooms with nice decor. Good transport link to City Centre right outside the hotel, only 10 minutes ride. Food very tasty in Art Cafe at hotel. Only downside is the overpriced breakfast. Other than that, would definitely stay there again.
