In short, you get what you pay for, and I think everybody knows this. We all paid about 10 euros a night for a 8 bed dorma, cheap and cheerful.. perhaps not as cheerful as it was cheap but cheap none-the-less. I've given the overall rating as poor 2/5, because it was, however we paid accordingly for that. This hotel to be honest with i'll never forget, primarily as the rooms as the 8 bed dorma we choose was about 8/9 staircases up!! It was ridiculous the stairs were unending, I mean sure the location of the hotel was flipping fantastic, everything just around the corner, however the horizontal location of the place was far from that!! Everybody on arriving to the room was panting and out of breathe, which was quite amusing everytime I opened the door to let somebody into the room. However not so amusing when it was my turn to climb mount Everest to return to my room! Note: DO NOT SLEEP IN even 1 minute past checkout for the staff are Ruthless! They barged into the room, and it was pure chaos, as they ejected us all from our beds & threw us out of the room with no warning! GET OUT! So quite literally you do get exactly get what you pay for, precisely by the minute!! ANOTHER thing: While staying there,i noticed a few families staying there too, with small children. Now, my thoughts are simply that I dont think this is a family hotel, or anywhere for children. 1 incident, on the way to our skyhigh room, we noticed some very dodgy behaviour taking place in one of the room near us, involving 6 mexican looking individuals and a naked blonde lady lying on a bed. On spotting us, the door was slammed closed! As for what was taking place in that room ?!£?! be my guest.. however like i said, not for children, plus the area is around the corner from the Red Light District I think this is mutually appreciated.
