we were a group of 4 staying there for one night. the location was very good and there was plenty of space inside our apartment however the place was dated and run down with awful decor and furnishings! its fair to say that we werent in the room that long as we were out and about but it was a waste of money and could have got something more luxorious for the samr price.

Tiny. Bathroom 1x1.5 m. Steep stairs. Have to be buzzed in every time one wants to enter the hotel. Not very nice personnel. VERY noisy. No air condition or a fan. Very hot, hard to sleep.
On the plus side: fairly clean.

Went on a stag do. Rooms were really nice, they were more like little flats although we stayed in a separate part of the hotel 3 doors away from the main part so can't speak for the rest. Did not find it noisy, it overlooked the canal which was nice.
They do increase the price on arrival though due to taxes etc which they leave you pretty much no choice but to pay so be warned about that. Overall the price was very reasonable though.

A very small room for 100 euros a night. However it was very clean & the breakfast which was delivered to the room was more than adequate but due to the lack of space in the room, it was very difficult to sit & eat it. Only one chair at a narrow dressing table & a very narrow window ledge made it a complex manoeuvre!
Also there was a lot of noise & bass reverberation at night due to the location of the hotel which was very central for all amenities.
