A bit far away from the city center, is easy to go by tram No 2 stop Valeriusplein. Really close to the museums. The food was good and there was free wifi in the room. The people was nice. The hotel is not modern and it has big stairs that are hard to access with luggage. The rooms are fair but for the price I was expecting a bit more.

There's pros and cons to this hotel. First of all it is NOT central (though a tram stop is very close by) The room was very small but clean (no locks on the bathroom, awkward as I had to share with a friend not a partner) As soon as we got there we had to shell out 35€ (key deposit and tax??) Hotel staff were somewhat friendly but otherwise very obliging. Breakfast was ok for a continental. They did allow us to check into our room at gone 9.00am when check in wasn't til 3.00pm. Front door key allows you to come and go as you please. Stairs are VERY steep and at an angle which was hard for bringing down suitcases.

The hotel room was barely acceptable - no niceties, and we had a basement room with a shower you could barely fit into. No soap, no shampoo, no hairdryers, etc.
It was expensive with additional fees established that were not expected. The worst value of any hotel I have ever been to!
