“Terrible. To avoid.”
We had a weekend in hotel Agora. We arrived in Friday, when we also bought 1 bottle of water and cola in the Albert hein in the corner. Went out in Saturday morning and coming back late in the afternoon. I drank my sparkling water, the taste was terrible, we found shampoo in the bottle ...then we found shampoo also in our bag that we left in the hotel. Also, we discovered that after having closed the door with the badge, the door still can be easily opened from outside!!!the stuff wasn't on the top with the explanaiton. It is obvious, that somebody entered in the room, and put shampoo everywhere.. Other surprise Sunday morning when I drank my coca cola, and the taste was terrifying with some alcohol in it. I talked to the stuff, asking explanation, wanted to call and talk to the owner, the stuff told me that he is in hospital. Actually I'm heading to the local police station to make a police record. Avoid this place.

After investigating the matter, having checked all locks, also looked into the history of the lock of their room we found nothing out of the ordinary. Furthermore we also viewed the video of the camera on their floor. Our housekeeping staff was in the room once every day and other then the guest nobody has entered the room. Ofcourse we have discussed the matter with them as well. We feel very sorry for our guests, but cannot find any proof for this accusation. We have changed many things the last few months. Service and cleanliness have gone up to a much higher standard and therefore we feel very unhappy with this comment. We have renovated the ground floor and are renovating all rooms now. All bathrooms have been renovated already. Last but not least, I was indeed in the hospital.
