The hotel room was dirty there was black mould all over the bathroom roof once i complained we were treated like Scum off the streets Staff were very rude they over charged us 100 euros because they did not put my mum on the booking moved us to a smaller room with single beds was meant to be a tripple queen or double room there where three of us staying in the same room Manager had the worst attitude problem when i told him his hotel was disgusting after the crappy service DO NOT STAY HERE ........ 50 euro for a single bed to be added to your room per night !!!! DISGUSTING! the mattres 's were bases of beds with a thick blankets instead of Real mattreses all three beds were the same.. cleaners were lazy and left crap every where make you wait if you want fresh milk with your coffee and breakfast was meant to be included but then they tried to charge us 23 euro each per day for a salami and cheese sandwich there was no cereal or milk or bacon or eggs or anything So much for a full continental brekky

My boyfriend and I went to Amsterdam for my birthday and stayed at this hotel. The room was clean and cosy with a lovely comfy bed. The hotel bar was nice for a cocktail before heading out for the evening and getting around from there is very easy by tram or on foot. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Amsterdam.

The location of the hotel is just perfect. It's very close to the Amsterdam central station (around 7-8 min walk) which makes it very convenient for transport from the airport. Also, dam square and a many other attractions are are withing easy walking distance. We have booked the hotel using a promotion so the room price was OK. However, judging by the price asked for the breakfast (23€ pp) I would say the hotel is on the expensive side.
Rooms are good, but not so spacious (20m2 app.). However, the bathroom was very small. There was no space to comfortably move around. We were pleased about the general cleanliness of the room. Anyway, I would recommend the hotel for a no-frills stay.
