if İ travel back to Amsterdam again, İ would not stay here . We were there with friends and all work in tourism business. My friend chose here because they had nice photos of the bath rooms and rooms looked big and clean. Location wise it is very good but thats all. Wi fi is not free and you need to reconnect every half hr even from the loby where it is free. House keeping is bad, our bed was made every day but our pijamas were tucked in to the corners w/out being folded. Balcony was full with cigarette filters. İt is expencive for all these bad services.

only stayed here for one night,we didnt use the bar or any of the facilities.the rooms are nice but we were given a double rooms which had two beds pushed together.this was probably the only dissapointing thing for me as i usually end up stuck bewteen the two beds when i wake up in the morning.reception staff were friendly and we got our rooms straight away even though it was about 12pm new years day when we arrived.excellent location for shopping.they offer free wifi to customers aswell.the rooms are nice but slightly dated the bathrooms could do with a little work for the price you would pay for the rooms.amsterdam is an expensive city to stay anyway.we ate out but the rooms service menu looked great and they offered a variety of dishes and also looked to have a great tapas menu.

This is a lovely hotel, with very elegant rooms and decor. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is great for getting around. Would highly recommend it!
