This is the best hotel where to spend a different sojourn and an unforgettable experience. But I wouldn’t suggest staying longer than a weekend. The best thing in the hotel is the common space, so modern and comfortable where you can relax, watch TV or read a book. The room is so incredible and you really must see it to understand the difference with the rooms of any other hotel. The bed is huge and comfortable, it’s funny to play with the remote control changing TV channel, the lights and the temperature in the room. The strangest thing is, of course, the toiiet and the shower and as many other reviewers wrote, you should visit the hotel with someone very close to you. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel as we thing it’s too expensive but there is a nice Bagels&Beans just few minutes far front the hotel where it’s possible to have a full breakfast spending 50% less than in the hotel.
The hotel is located in a strategic position, just 10 minutes far from the airport (by train) and 10 min far from the Center (Dam) by tram (n.5), which stop is 200 meters from the hotel.

Stayed here during the Blackberry DevCon Europe event at the nearby RAI Conference Centre. The hotel is very conveniently located a short walk across the park to the RAI, and is about 15 minutes into the city centre on the number 5 tram which stops just across the street.

The hotel was perfect! Check in process was easy and quick via the computer terminal. The ground floor lounge and bar area is attractive and cozy with a relaxing atmosphere. All the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The room, while small, is brilliantly designed, with a very comfortable bed and one of the best showers I've ever used! The moodpad and ability to control the colour of the lights, the blinds, the room temperature and the TV; which had a huge selection of channels and free movies to watch on demand was a fantastic touch.

Unfortunately during my stay there was a power cut affecting the whole area on the first night which lasted almost an hour. The staff did a great job ensuring everyone was comfortable, and I received both an email and a letter of apology the following day offering complimentary refreshments and a free pair of travel socks! This was just one of those things and does not lower my opinion of the hotel.

Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Fantastic stay! Already two times there! Very eaay to get to hotel - from airport take train (only EUR2.50 and 7 minutes - it's one stop) to Amsterdam Zuid station and from there it is 5 minutes walk. And after you checkin - which is all super easy - almost automatic - then going to city attractions is easy as well - just take Tram 5 to center - the stop is at the Hotel too - excellent!

Rooms! Amazing! Wooow!

People - you will really become friends with all personnel I think!!!
