One of the most excellent places to stay in Amsterdam !!! A nice spacious appartment in the middle of the universe..Amsterdam!!!! The rooms were nice and It was a joy with Christa an Yvon, they gave us a warm welcome and great service

We stayed in La Vie En Rose II for three nights. The apartment was exactly as described on the website, clean, spacious and very light even on a dull day. We enjoyed sitting on the window seats in the huge front windows watching the world go by. It is a 10 minute walk from the station and was easy to find. We were in a great location so didn't need to take public transport to get to any of the sights. Having our own kitchenette saved us a lot of money as we didn't have to eat in restaurants every night. There is a two-ring halogen hob, a microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, plenty of cutlery and pans. A large supermarket is just down the road. There is a DVD player, so if you feel like staying in one night take some DVD's. It snowed whilst we were in Amsterdam, but the apartment was lovely and warm. If I had to find one fault I would say that maybe the towels were not the fluffiest I have encountered, but that's a very minor point which is easily rectified. Yvon and Christa were very welcoming and gave us plenty of advice, even drawing us a little map! Overall, I would highly recommend staying in this apartment.

excellent place to stay a light and very clean nicely equipped apartment with very good beds, we were very happy to have found this central city place. We enjoyed our stay and we will certainly come back again everything we asked for was possible. Nothing was too much. Very kind people who received us and told us everything we wanted to know

What a perfect location for visiting Amsterdam. Yvon was very sweet and helpful. Apartment was clean. Building was very secure. We traveled with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Felt comfortable leaving kids behind and going out in the evening. Quiet location even at night with the windows open. Woke up to wonderful smells from a near by bakery. Great restaurants near by. Centrally located to everything. Easy access to rail and station. We would highly recommend La Vie En Rose to family and friends. We will stay again on our next visit. Loved it!!!
