they are supposed to have live in staff but unfortunately we did never meet any. shared bathrooms could really do with a clean (glad i had my disinfection spray with me) and sheets didnt smell very fresh or clean (glad I had own sheets and duvet covers with me). Lock to lock our room was broken but we shared the level with one other couple so basically relied on them being no thiefs. Location is good but parking extremely expensive and there wasnt a lot restaurants or decent take aways in the area. over all nothing i'd recommend but still acceptable although it could do with a few improvements i.e. cleanliness etc.
