I've been travelling from the States to multiple locations in the Netherlands on busyness pretty extensively for the past 3+ years, so have gotten a sense of what's available, lodging-wise. Value for money, the Eindhoven Pullman ranks pretty well.
The best part about it was the friendliness, professionalism, and competence of the staff--this is a real standout (though I must say I generally experience very friendly staff everywhere I stay in the Netherlands).
The rooms were fairly standard (read: smallish) European sizing, but due to fairly efficient use of very IKEA-esque furntiture, they work OK. The shower setup is a little different (sloped floor, no door, and the see-through to the bathroom feels odd, but if you're by yourself--no problem! :-)
Free wi-fi is a definite plus, but the desk chair could stand to be a bit more friendly for actually doing work...both in terms of ergonomics and mobility--it's quite a tank to reposition..even to pull it away from the desk!
Due to the airline losing my bag, I didn't have my workout clothes so couldn't use the gym, but look forward to on my return.
The Pullman is reasonably well located to shops and dining...just remember things close early in the Netherlands, especially shops.
It's a 15 minute cab ride to the office where I was working, and I could have found a closer hotel, but the quality of the Pullman and it's proximity to variety of eating choices definitely make it worth the cab.
