I saw some awful things on this site about Eden Crown Hotel Eindhoven. But non is true. The room is clean and ok. Breakfast is very good and you're staying in the centre of Eindhoven...what more do you want???

Have stayed several years always between 3-4 days a week as it was based on other hotel experiences the best option regarding price and service. Nowadays Best Western opened 2 years ago a new hotel in town. As I am living now in Eindhoven (yes, decided it ;-)...just a review of the last years but as frequent guest and his priority service

reception: staff was always very friendly and helpful
rooms: OK, old carpets and didn't like those as well
lobby: changed a lot the last years and from my point of view, well done if you know the old situation before.
fitness room: didn't changed that lot last years. If it has still the old equipment, then just ignore it but have to say, no other hotel in Eindhoven as it well.

If you are working for the big company located in Eindhoven, the best choice as it is close and reachable by foot.

As already mentioned, can't judge it how has it is now or how to compare it to one of the lates hotels in town Best Western...

poor quality, nothing to do, very young and bad personnel, awful rooms, cheap, lumpy pillow, old carpet, windows can´´t open, you have to pay for really EVERYTHING....DON´´T DO THIS! Parking 12,50, you have to pay 50 euro for your room extra, when you´´re lucky you get this back after your stay.

Stayed here back in April 2008, for my stag weekend. I found it on the internet and it was really well priced.
Place was really clean, rooms a little small, but modern. No big deal as none of us spent much time in the room. Baring in mind there was 14 of us the staff were really pleasant and put up with us.
Would highly recommend this place if you are in Eindhoven. It is close to the main street with all the bars too.
