As a young couple, we stayed at this hotel twice so far. It is absolutely perfect! The second time was on the Saturday before Valentines' day and the staff organised a very nice dinner for each couple accommodated at their hotel. What really impressed me is that at the end of the evening every lady received a rose. I still have mine :). So, the staff very careful, friendly, attentive to all the clients...Very rich breakfast. Nice views for the morning coffee and not only. The hotel is located in a very green area and they even have a tennis court. Room big enough, verrrry clean, bed maybe a bit soft, but we slept very well. So, I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

Having visited this place many times as a baby, toddler, young man (playing in the forest with friends) and now also as guest, it brought back many memories. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is just as all reviewers wrote, a luxury, 4-star hotel with nice rooms. You should ask for a room in the new wing where all the executive, modern furnished rooms are situated. The old rooms Nr. 4 & 5 are just not at par, although the view (over the pond) from their balcony is fantastic. If the hotel should renovate them, then these are the rooms to ask for.
The restaurant staff was really not very efficient nor especially friendly.

Put in here for a 1 week course. The hotel is a good 30min walk from town. Town is quite lively many bars and resturants to choose from.We did a guided tour of the town which was interesting and would reccommend. Hotels ok but not much life. Bar was closed for my stay but you could get a drink in the resurant.

Location is fantastic! The hotel is of 30-minute walk, or 3-minute drive from Venlo Railway station. It is located in a beautiful park with a pond and they even have a swan and ducks :) Room was very comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, cereals, fruits etc.). The bed was very comfortable and soft! My friend and I enoyed cycling (you can rent a bike at a hotel for 12 euros per day) around the city. Very peaceful place with a lovely atmosphere! Wonderful hotel! I wil stay here again next time I am in Netherlands!
