We stayed 2 nights here and I felt it was overpriced for the quality of the room. Parking was nearby and convenient but the room was quite small with the window propped open using a book! Breakfasts were only ok

Very disappointed with this hotel, we booked this hotel for a family get away, when we arrived we were not in the main part of the hotel, but what I can only describe as cheap and nasty addition, the rooms were very small and very basic, could only be reached by a very small lift, and had very few facilities, the bathroom was separated by a stable door from the rest of the room, and although there was a kettle in the room there were no cups -tea/coffee etc. The breakfast was very basic and items weren't replenished. Overall, this is a budget hotel but doesn't charge budget prices, there is no night reception and only one member of staff who is in charge of reception, the bar and the cafe, generally the staff were pleasant but obviously couldn't offer good service as there just wasn't enough of them.

The hotel parking is not convenient, my room and my clients rooms were opposite the train station, the bus station a construction site and on a busy main road. so there was little sleep to be had, the rooms were in a poor state and could do with some tender care. The rooms were cold and dirty...

The beds need to be put into a bin and new bed should be purchased, both of my beds were infested and I was itching all night and had to sleep on top of bed with clothes on as did my clients. If there had been other vacancies in other hotels I would have moved to another hotel, unfortunately for us all other hotels were booked due to a concert taking palce in Arnhem.

The hotel rooms have a booklet detailing hotel facilities which is good, however for using Hotel Blanc car park you have to pay 10 euros if you are british and 7.50 euros if you are any other nationality! Obviously the staff at hotel balnc think British people can not read foreign languages, even if we couldnt we can still read figures and we can see that 10 euros is more than 7.50 euros!!

The lift takes an eternitiy to arrive and even longer to depart! This is definately the slowest elevator in the world...

I decided that enough was enough and deaprted a day early, I could get a better nights sleep in my car than in Hotel Blanc, Hotel Blanc is not the cheapest hotel in Arnhem but based on the stay I had I would definately say it is one of the worst I have ever stayed in not only in Arnhem but around the world. Please book in to a different hotel and NOT Hotel Blanc.

The pictures on the website of the hotel are promising: to me the rooms seemed spacious, and atmospheric. In reality it was disappointing. The rooms are small, not cosy, quasi-trendy with Ikea furniture, but it seems they have had a touch up recently. The doors are very thin, which makes the room noisy. The rooms on the side of the road aren't double-glazed, so one can hear the traffic very well. Breakfast was poor. The beds are alright, the staff very friendly. Location close to centre and station. We payed €135, for a double room, which is overpriced.
