I had stayed at this hotel for 15days and found it to be very nice and clean. I was on the street/ Polybahn facing room on the fourth floor and must admit that room was slightly noicy during day time. But if you can manage to keep the windows close then, the rooms are not that bad. The rooms are a little small and can be a challenge for a small family even with one kid. May be its ideal for a couple or a business traveller. The restaurant has a very nice city view with alimited, but you can expect a nice breakfast with lots of fruits on offer. The hotel offer free wifi to its guests but the reception inside the rooms are not that great but is workable. The hotel is very convinently located with very easy access to Trams, Buses and Zurich main station. Also you will find very good access to the eating joints, zurich lake and the university. Overall I had a good time and will recommend for business/couples looking for a cozy accommodation and frequent travel to the city or the main station.

Stayed for one night and found everything to be good. Location could not be better and staff were very helpful. Really enjoyed the stay. Pricey but thats the norm for Zurich. Access to central district and lake is a doddle from this hotel.

Wonderful hotel, friendly people, Nice location. Of. You have car avoid this hotel, there is a public parking near by, but expensive. On the other hand, nobody needs a car in Zurich.

This hotel was much nicer than I was expecting based on some previous reviews. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and our room was nice, not too small, very clean. Its in a great location, walking distance to train station, shopping street, cathedral, river boat trips etc. We had an evening meal there which was nice, as expensive as the other restaurants around. As we'd booked through Railbookers we had a 10% discount voucher which was nice. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice including boiled eggs. Good view from the breakfast room
