We were warmly welcomed at the Claridge Hotel and found the staff to be very helpful and courteous. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and particularly liked the bathroom size and layout. The rooms were well furnished and the quality of the beds ensured a wonderful nights sleep. The location of the Hotel whilst tricky to find for our French driver proved to be within a stones throw of all the major city attractions. The breakfast menu was extensive and the quality of food was excellent. We would certainly stay in the Claridge Hotel when again in Zurich.

Everyone from front desk, dining attendants, housekeepers and management made me feel wanted and welcome. They answered my frequent quesitons with care and patience, provided tips on restaurants and tourist activities. The room was very comfortable and well suited for business travelers. The windows opened wide which was very nice. The typical Swiss style bed was very comforable. Besides the excellant employess, the location was outstanding. A short 10 minute walk to downtown Zurich, but far enough away that you are in a quiet and comforable neighborhood.

We stayed this August in this charming hotel which we had chosen from among many on the website. We were not disappointed, located in quiet tree lined residential street yet easy walk from the old town plus all attractions and serviced by nearby trams and trolleys.
It was spotless clean, food and beverages first class and the hotel staff were obliging, efficient and very friendly. Our room was spacious with many windows that could be opened.
Price was value for money in Zurich. Would highly recommend to business or leisure customers, we had just completed a Rhine Cruise Amsterdam to Basle and wished we could have stayed here longer.

I won't be back ever; as simple as that. CH 330 for a small room with a pitiful bathroom and tired furniture and decor, an asthmathic and noisy a/c that could not keep the room cool in 30+ weather, breakfast and WiFi not included. and very expensive restaurant. What a rip off!
Sure it is in the centre of Zurich...but I will do a btter search next time (or my travel agent in this case).
Asaving grace, the food was good.
