We stayed 2 nights in November, when the city was relatively quiet. If the junior suite is open and fits your budget, consider it. It's got a roof-top terrace with great views. The room itself is very comfortable, although not huge. One king bed, a small table and chairs, another sleeping alcove with a twin bed, and a nice sized bathroom with tub and shower. On top floor so relatively quiet.
We also spent one night in the other suite, which is in the other building across a small street. 2 levels, 2 bedrooms, big living area and kitchen, 2 bath - very nice modern design. Would be good for a family or a longer stay. Also has a terrace, although views not as good.
Other reviewers have commented on noise - Zurich's old town has narrow cobblestoned streets and noise does carry. There weren't many people outside late in November due to cold weather, but I expect it'd be noisy if there were. Earplugs are provided, but might not be enough.
Good breakfast, very helpful service (e.g., recommending restaurants).
Location is a 20 minute walk from main train station, 5 minutes from Stadelhofen Station, and about 10 minutes from the main shopping street and 2 beautiful churches.
Other reviewers are right - hard to drive to this hotel. So, don't. Just use the train.
Appreciated the early check in after an overnight flights. Would stay here again. Also considered the Widder, but it is SO much more expensive.
