Well situated just a few minutes walk from the main station. Rooms large and with good facilities, although there seemed to be an electrical problem in my room with the fax machine switching itself on and off and displaying power setting problems. In addition, the kettle did not work! Welcome air conditioning over a hot weekend, though. Unusual for many European hotels, kettle, tea and coffeee provided in the room. Breakfast choice good.

They offers internet connection with LAN cable and from TV. Both are with poor connection! Delicious breakfast, one of best croissants I ever had and city center is within walking distance. Near to Zurich main station.

Hotel is definitely value for money. Staff is very helpful and polite.

The front desk staff does not even acknowledge your presence when you enter the hotel. They are very unfriendly (even though I am a fluent German speaker). My tiny room faced a noisy street. There is no air conditioning and if you leave the window open to let cool air in from outside, the traffic noise will drive you crazy. If you close the window, it is too hot to sleep. At breakfast this morning, one of the staff was smoking in the restaurant, which was also annoying. The other staff member grunted "Kaffee oder Tee" at me but seemed to pay no attention to the other guests. Truly a terrible hotel!
