If this review were about the overall stay in Zurich it would have been 1 star. I won't be going back.

However the hotel was fantastic. We paid British prices when we booked which was a good job because zurich is insanely expensive. We were just passing through luckily.

The hotel became our haven, we ventured out once, spent over £40 on average fast food (a big mac meal is £10 for example!), £8 on a 'Lush' bath bomb to calm is down and quickly returned to the hotel and didn't leave until the airport beckoned. It's not that we can't afford it it's just who can enjoy anything that is so unnecessarily expensive!

Staff were fantastic, they gave us free late check out, looked after our luggage all day even after we'd checked out and allowed us to use their facilities after we had checked out too! Tv didn't work, a very nice man was there in a shot and fixed it even quicker. Tea making facilities, mini bar, lovely deep bath, very comfy bed.

To conclude If you really have to visit this overpriced under achieving city it's a good place to stay- just pack sandwiches.

I stayed here for a night using points, if I could give 3.5 stars I would.
The few times that I spoke to the reception staff they were all helpful and friendly,on checkin I was asked if I wanted to have my credit card authorised to charge hotel services, so not sure what the previous poster was complaining about,in most hotels it is automatic.
The standard rooms are very small but equiped with mini bar,tea/making facility,a small desk with wired internet options and the flat panel tv. The bathroom was very small with a normal door, the main issue here was scuff marks on the walls and the chipped/scratched tub,there is a non slip panel on the bottom which was grey and looked dirty,making the prospect of a soak unappealing(room 2110). The rain shower head had good water pressure.
I didn't have breakfast this visit, though I did use the bar, the drinks and service were fine though it really needs a refresh.
Next time I am in Zurich I will give the hotel another try but book a bigger room

We stayed there for long weekend for sightseeing in January 6th-8th. The hotel is ok, the room is bit small but has everything you need. But the hotel needs fresh paint in the rooms, since so many little spots you can see from previous people who stayed there before. The first impression we had as we arrived there at 8 am, there were plenty pretty Singapore Airlines stewardess:p bit surprised but nice to look on:p especially they wearing their nice batik uniform:p seems the hotel is SQ hotel base for their employees during transit.

They provide buffet bfast, with different juices, fruits, muesli, ham & other things. The hotel has swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness equipments, if you want to use free limited internet better you use the fix pc downstair at the lobby & ask the reception how it works before you got any unwanted charge to your room, they have some free internet with certain limit kb.

The room is small, the bathroom is unfortunately very close to your bed that you can hear perfectly every activity your partner doing inside:p ..but I fully understand how expensive to have bigger space in Switzerland.

The location is a bit far away to go to the city, but you can go easily to the city by Trams/bus everywhere which about 15-20 min by foot. We got a room nearby the street with mountain view, it was a bit loud from the tram & cars, but it wasn't really big deal coz we can closed the small window then is ok :p

Overall it was ok to stay there. There's a supermarket nearby which you can go by foot. We paid 170€/night incl 2 bfast. But this hotel is really only good for transit/business. Hope it helps.

Although a little far away from the center, it has good rooms, free internet and breakfast included in the fare.
Good room service, and the staff are very helpfull and willing to help all the time.
