We were booked for one night Oct. 1st, due to illness we canceled on Sept.8th. The reservation and cancellation were done through Eurobookings.com. The hotel charged my credit card the full amount and when I called the hotel the clerk was very short and snotty with me saying we were a no show so we have to pay! He would not accept any responsability for his booking agent. I would have been happy with staying a different night but he was so rude that I have now disputed the charge with Visa who say they will refund me and charge the hotel back. I will never use eurobookings.com or this hotel again.

The hotel really is steps from Zurich HB, so that is very convenient. The room was generally clean, but as others have mentioned the breakfast is a joke. It is literally a few pieces of bread. Also, the staff is far from accommodating, so don't plan on asking for anything (like say having them store your bag for you after you check out) beyond what you've been promised: a very small room close to the train station and a few pieces of bread.

The location is excellent, just opposite the Railway station. Rooms are also (though small as usual in Europe) nice and clean. Have Aircon, Tv, minibar ec. Internet is not free. Bathroom are ok but need a makeover. Have 24 hour staff in front desk.
The free Breakfast is bogus though. Only bread, butter, jam and juice. No eggs, cheese, ham - nothing.

Stayed here for one night. Was clean and comfortable and a good location. A little expensive but most places in Switzerland are. It is just a short walk to the main train station and a 15 minute train trip to Zurich airport. I would recommend it to others and would stay here again.
