Clean hotel with all required amenities. Nothing special. It is a great location. Afterwards locals told me there are hotels that are as good, but cost a lot less...

When we first arrived the recepcionist wasnt friendly at all. In the room there was a spider with spider nets, very dirty. There was dust everywhere, specially in the toilet. We asked for another room and all she did was make fun of us in swiss-german. The telephone in the room didn't work. I asked for one that works and it wasn't changed during our stay (2 nights). In the last day, the recepcionist sent our tranfer to the airport away, even though we were sitting at the reception with all our luggage. So we had to get a taxi in order not to lose our flight. The breakfast was very simple, there were stairs before the elevator and no one to take our luggage upstairs. You could listen to everything that was happening in the other rooms, including other floors! No internet available in the rooms, no mini bar in the room too.

My stay was booked through work, so I can't comment on the price (or to be honest, even the location in relation to the centre, because I was picked up from the hotel for my meeting).

What I can say is that the room was that the reception was very speedy, friendly and efficient, which is very welcome when you've come in from a delayed flight.

I found the decor modern but a little cheap-looking. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I was concerned that the room was a bit too light as there was a street-light outside and the curtains were quite sheer, but this didn't seem to disturb me. I could hear traffic, but it was low and regular sound, that again didn't disturb my sleep.

The hotel was clean and overall, I'd be happy to stay there again.

This hotel represents very good value for money. The room we had was comfortable with a smallish but adequate bathroom. The staff were friendly and attentive in both the reception and dining areas. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection of goodies. Located right in the heart of the old town this hotel is recommended for travellers seeking a middle of the range hotel at a fair price, We would definitely stay again.
