This was our second stay in this hotel and we would like to find what has changed. It seems the hotel was recently renovated and looks modern and colorful.

The hotel is within 10 minutes walking distance from Bahnhof Main Station and the main shopping street – Bahnhofstrasse. It was a good short walk through the park to the city center and we did it every morning and evening. We did not use taxi or any public transport during our stay – saved extra money during our stay.

The rooms are large and clean and beds are very comfortable. There is a plug-in panel in the room. We connected my laptop to the panel (cables provided by the hotel) and our daughter watched children movies on the big LCD screen in the evenings. It was cheaper than buying on demand movies.

We booked a room on the Marriott’s website and chose the option with access to a business lounge. We had all breakfasts and dinners at the hotel business lounge during all days of our stay. The food and drinks were excellent and enough for my family. It helped us, family of three members, to save a lot of money.

The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. We did not have any problems during our stay.

The hotel provides a transfer to the airport and it costs 50 EUR.

This was my second stay at this hotel in 2011. Both times I landed a good deal on an internet website instead of the hotel website.

Location is convenient although it is a little bit of a walk from the main station. I always walked this, never a taxi as Swiss taxi too expensive for me. If the weather was raining this would be a problem.

The room, amenities and services are all excellent. I didn't have an opportunity to try the hotel restaurants. I prefer to eat outside of the hotel venues.

The hotel is easy walking distance to the old city.

I did try the gym on this visit. The facilities are excellent. Looking out over the river the gym would have to have the best view of any hotel gym in the world. I recall I had some difficulty accessing the gym as I tried to use the stairs to access it but it is only accessible via the lift....no problems just follow the instructions.

I will definitely prefer to stay at Marriott again.

Great hotel. The rooms are large and beds amazing. Excellent location, 10 minutes walking from Bahnhof Main Station.

We stayed at this Hotel overnight after arriving in Switzerland before transiting to our final destination.

Staff were very welcoming on check-in. Hotel is very well located from Railway Station with about a 10 minute walk along the river (which connects from Airport).

Being in the central part of Zurich very well located to wander around the Old Town.

Buffet breakfast was excellent.
