Even before we arrived, Hotel Eden's Karin was fantastic helping to organise dinners and ski lessons.
The hotel is quaint with a variance in room sizes (ask for the suite with a view of the Matterhorn) and although the bathrooms were clean and well presented some need revamping.
The breakfasts were delicious and provided the perfect start to a skier's day. We also enjoyed the a drink in the lounge which was most pleasant.
The staff at Hotel Eden are without a doubt the hotel's best feature and I could write endlessly about them. The location of the hotel is excellent with a short walk to the bus stop and not too far to walk into the village for dinner.
Unfortunately the only down side of the hotel is the spa which appeared either not to work or required money. The pool whilst large was quite cold so after a long day on the slopes there wasn't a way to ease our tired muscles. We also found the rooms too warm but this was overcome by opening a window.
Overall we would be more than happy to stay there again.
