I stayed here after a terrible experience at a hostel in Zermatt and although I paid around 12 euros more per person(double room), it is worth every single cent of my money!

The owner is a really nice old man who goes the extra mile to help you. He gave us this wonderful room which overlooks Matterhorn and even lends us his skiing gloves.

The breakfast was also nice and the lady serving us is also very friendly.

This is not a glam hotel and we don't really like glam places but this is one place which you will feel really at home! The place is also very clean and the space just nice for 2 persons in a room.

Overall, it's a really nice place and one of the best accomdations I have stayed in my Europe trip.

Location of Cima Hotel is good, just 3 minutes from station, convenient for carrying buggage. Environment is comfortable and clean. The owner is really helpful and nice guy(fat man), he give me a room facing the Matterhorn with a balcony and I can see it at anytime (Sometime the mountain color changes, esp. at sunrise..). Good prices$ with good breakfast. I spend 4 days in Zermatt and Cima. We stay was in End of Sept. 2004... S. Chow from Hong Kong ^^.

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Cima Garnis. We had a room on the 4th floor with wonderful views of the Matterhorn because there is a sports complex below which keeps the view clear. We had a 2 bedroom unit with bath that they gave us for 90 euros which was very clean and comfortable. There are no elevators so you need to be prepared for that but the owners were very helpful. Small, but very well run B&B in Zermatt. Has balconies that overlook the Matterhorn, owner is very friendly and helpful, rooms are comfortable and very homey. Have stayed here twice, and plan to do it again, not the glitz and glitter of the bigger places, fits the area nicely..**********
