Our stay was the most excellent one. We never expected such kindness, attention and comfort was possible. Congratulations to the staff! The price worth it.

We spent a long weekend in Mont Cervin. While Zermatt offers many great hotels and restaurants, the Mont Cervin offers certainly a great central location, very nice rooms and a very attentive service. It has a great wellness area and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Utterly beautiful hotel, with a gorgeous pool that goes outside so you can sit in the jacuzzi surrounded by snow. Fabulous restaurant; we stayed on a deal where we could eat at other restaurants in the group in the town and wished we'd stuck with just the hotel as it was by far the best, with a cheese board (or table in fact) to die for.
The only disappointment was that the gorgeous spa is strictly naked; as reserved brits we prefer to keep our swimming costumes no, but were quickly ushered out and not allowed in unless we removed them. This seems a little unnecessary as we would have been fine with other people doing as they wished, but felt we should be allowed to wear swim suits should we wish to.

I spent in the hotel a fantastic weekend in the mid of Dec 2011. Hotel is just perfect! Hotel located in the center of Zermatt, five minutes walk from the station and ski train. As you definitely know the logistic is so convenient: take a train directly in ZRH airport, one stopover in Visp and in 3 hours only a hotel el car is at your disposal. As I said the hotel looks new and there is no "an old smell" at all if you know what I mean. Staff is well trained and predictable. Rooms are spacious enough and clean. Skiroom has enough space for everybody's equipment so there is no mess which is common in other places. Spa center and pools - must try! Huge pool, outdoor pool, 4 saunas - everything is new and in perfect condition. So I really recommend the property, you definitely wouldn't be disappointed
