Many Swiss hotels are of high quality in all respects. I have stayed in this hotel 5 times and I have not found a single thing that I can critisize. Of course this may not be the cheapest hotel in town but I think it is well worth the price. The service is impeccable, the rooms very good, the breakfast very good, the location very good. Free parking.

This hotel has the indefinite balance between perfect sercice, the very best food, excellent wines, great environments and a touch of cosyness.
It is very hard to find anything to complain here.

This was our third visit to this hotel with a lake/mountain view that is second to none.We noted that since our last visit the standard of the hotel has improved and in ares like the breakfast it is really top notch.Room sevice,maid service are all as they should be and the two restaurants are both higher end establisehments that have impeccable service and super pastries..
Hotel in not far frm centre,15 mins walk thru a picturesque park and there you can enjoy places like al porto cafeteria or maybe an ice cream at meno nove?...just top!

As lugano is very central it is excellent to use as a base to visit switzerland and northern italy,just go for it !!!

This beautiful hotel has everything a visitor could ask for. Luxurious, quiet room with spectacular lake views. Set in a very quiet area of town near public transportation. Extremely attentive staff. Delicious restaurant with superb service. Wonderful live piano music in the bar. Beautiful, lush gardens. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it truly is delightful!
