Stayed 2 nights B&B rooms very clean and beds very comfortable. Lovely views of the lake and St. Moritz from the hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Food was good but the drinks were expensive - 2 Vodkas & coke 30 francs. Lots of memorabilia. Excellent stay.

We spent one night here in September 2011. Our room was lovely and had a beautiful view of the lake. We ate in the dining room and there are huge windows to enjoy the view. It is worth wandering around the hotel to see the antiques and decorations. Very charming!

Just came back after staying for four nights rooms could do with a revamp but great view of the lake, stayed b/b butnhad evening meal two nights and was good value for money , charlotte the hotel receptionist is very helpful. Only downside we found the holiday brochure said there was a sauna but when we were there we had to book 1 hour in advance with a charge of 25 Swiss francs,

We stayed there for 2 nights with 4 adults, 2 kids.Old fashioned hotel, but that gives a lot of charm. Rooms clean and well equipped. Beds very good.
Very friendly staff, very helpful, always trying to please us.
I dit not for sure experienced what is described in some previous negative reviews.
Good breakfast buffet. Restaurant food average but service very pleasant, desserts very good
If you come by train, ask for a shuttle as you book the room (12 CHF, 10€). The hotel is 15mn walking distance, but uphill.
Friendly with children.
Affordable for the area.
I would definitely recommend the place.
